David M. Rees

David is a partner in the Salt Lake City firm of Vincent & Rees, a law and business advisory firm, and a partner in the Salt Lake City investment firm of Evolution Capital. David has worked extensively with numerous financial institutions, assisting, investing in, and structuring hundreds of transactions. David has many years of experience working with small, medium and large companies in various capacities, sales/marketing, and cross-border transactions. David has assisted many companies in going public and going private, raising capital, and growing sales opportunities within the US and internationally. David has served as CEO of English Language Learning and Instruction System, a publicly traded educational software company in Utah which was sold to Pearson Digital, as a member of the Board of Directors and VP of Strategic Planning for iMall, as a VP of Investment Banking for Catalyst Financial in Connecticut, and as general counsel to numerous public and private companies. 

David has also served on numerous Boards of Directors, including Nutranomics, a health and nutrition company in Salt Lake City; Learning Through Sports, an education company in Birmingham, Alabama, and Elayaway, a finance company in Tallahassee, Florida.

David received his B.A. in History from Weber State University and his J.D. from New York University.  

Lillian is a senior consultant with expertise in US-China international trade business in the nutraceutical, biotech and skincare product industries.  She has worked extensively in the areas of brand acquisition, establishing distribution relationships, acquisitions, marketing, business development, and entrepreneurial training. 

Lillian presents strong and extensive management skills and experience as well as organization leadership with a proven track record of business acumen in forging business partnerships and effective team leadership both in the US and China. In 2004, Lillian was a VP of Chinese distribution and helped a leading American nutraceutical company, Natural Sunshine, file CFDA application, obtain product registration, thus enabling the company to successfully launch their products in China. In 2005, she co-founded a consulting firm in Shanghai advising and assisting American companies in setting up businesses in China.  During this time, she maintained strong ties and relationships within the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai and its members, including some of the leading American companies in China. 

Lillian has worked at Stanford University, and at Verizon as a budget officer. She graduated from Shanghai University as an International Business and Management major and received an MBA from Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey.
